We are seeking a highly energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can deliver exceptional hospitality to our guests.

Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage seating arrangements and reservations to optimize guest flow and satisfaction. Assist guests with inquiries about menu items, specials, or services offered. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area. Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance guest relations. Provide assistance during busy periods to ensure all guests receive attentive service. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with guests and staff. Familiarity with POS systems is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel environments is a plus. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during peak hours. A positive attitude and willingness to help others contribute to an enjoyable dining experience.
