As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience by managing reservations, greeting guests, and maintaining a smooth flow of service. Your hospitality skills will set the tone for our restaurant, making every guest feel valued and appreciated. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently. Maintain an organized waitlist during peak hours to minimize guest wait times. Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials or promotions. Assist with guest inquiries regarding menu items and restaurant services. Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in food service or hotel environments.
