Expectations:
Provide excellent customer service to our guests by greeting them as soon as they arrive at the restaurant.. Become a menu expert – Answer questions, provide suggestions, etc. Assist the servers with bussing the tables. Take reservations and be able to manage walk-in guests
Preferred Skill Sets:
Minimum age 18 years or older Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with other staff Ability to perform high-quality work while unsupervised High school diploma or equivalent At least one year of serving experience in a full-service restaurant is required
