Iron Forge Brewing Company is a new brewery passionate about creating exceptional beer and food experiences for our guests. Our mission is to provide high-quality, locally sourced food that complements our craft beer. We’re looking for someone with a passion for high quality craft beer, a strong work ethic and a foundation of integrity, honesty and a goal to work as a team. Responsibilities:

In order to be successful as a Host, candidates will have a variety of duties to complete. Their main responsibility will be greeting customers at the door as they arrive, but other duties to note include: Let patrons know of wait times and contact them as a table becomes available Take reservations over the phone or in-person Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming front-of-house experience Seat guests at designated tables Answer questions about the food and beverage menu, as needed Understand the needs of wait staff to ensure sections are not overcrowded Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:
