- At Jolly Ollie’s we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and unforgettable dining experiences.
We’re currently seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests and set the tone for an excellent visit.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival Manage reservations and waitlists using the host stand system Escort guests to their tables and provide menus Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area Answer phone calls, assist with customer inquiries, and take reservations Uphold excellent customer service and hospitality standards at all times
Qualifications:
Previous host or customer service experience preferred, but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and a team player Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
