Peerless Hospitality Concepts, a family-owned restaurant group with a rich history in Tennessee dating back to 1938, is seeking Hosts/Hostesses to invite our guests into our unique-concept, full-service, casual dining restaurant and bar, BURG’r & BARREL, NOW
UNDER NEW GENERAL MANAGEMENT
in a historic Johnson City location. An additional full-service restaurant is slated to re-open by 2026 after renovations.

Responsibilities:
Greet all guests in a friendly, welcoming manner with a smile always! Take & manage reservations by phone, in-person & online Manage in-person & online waitlist & communicate wait times to guests Managing the restaurant seating chart Seat guests in a courteous manner, distributing menus & rolled silverware Clean tables & floors to ensure restaurant cleanliness & order Take & distribute TOGO orders Give exiting guests a friendly greeting & welcome them to return
Musts:
Must be 100% guest-focused and consistently project a positive, upbeat attitude! Must have consistent high-energy people & communication skills showing compassion & empathy! Must have a positive, friendly attitude & demeanor and be a go-getter! Must be professional, calm and accommodating in all situations! Must be organized, have attention to detail & be a mulit-tasker! Must work efficiently & accurately in a fast-paced environment! Must be able to spend entire shifts walking & standing! Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays & holidays Must be able to work as part of a dynamic team! Must be 18+!
