Position Overview As a Lobby Attendant, you are the first line of defense in keeping our public areas spotless, welcoming, and ready to impress. You’ll take pride in making sure lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and other guest-facing spaces are always immaculate and refreshed throughout the day. Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain all public spaces including lobby, front desk area, guest restrooms, elevators, corridors, and entrances. Regularly sanitize high-touch areas such as elevator buttons, door handles, and seating areas. Monitor cleanliness and promptly respond to spills, debris, or guest concerns. Replenish restroom supplies and ensure cleanliness standards are met throughout the day. Greet guests with a warm, helpful attitude and assist as needed. Coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Desk teams to report maintenance or safety issues. Maintain cleanliness of employee and back-of-house areas as assigned. Ensure floors are swept, mopped, or vacuumed, and trash is removed regularly. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles preferred but not required. Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused demeanor. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods. Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays. A passion for hospitality and a team-first attitude.
