Roles and Responsibility:
Greet and Welcome guests to our office Answer telephone calls and emails in a clear and professional manner Assist guests with all guests’ services Assist customers with questions regarding their existing reservations Must be flexible in response to the needs of Guests and Owners to quickly provide information that includes: Driving directions, Arrival instructions, door lock codes and purchase of parking passes, etc. Strong ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail Deliver the highest standard of service to all customers Display effective computer literacy and be familiar with MS Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel) Must know how to research answers in company property management software to answer questions asked Possess a positive and upbeat attitude at all times Professional customer service nature Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Desire to be part of high growth, fast paced business
