Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurate. Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations promptly using the hotel management system. Conduct night audits as required to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. Address guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of guest relations. Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance the guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
