Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor Hampton Inn Atmore 2061 South College Street, Auburn, AL 36832 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring smooth operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for guest relations, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service in a resort environment. Duties Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression. Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, managing reservations and guest inquiries. Conduct night audits, balancing daily transactions and preparing reports for management. Address guest concerns or requests promptly and professionally, enhancing overall guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of room availability and rates, updating the system as necessary. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to guests. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred. Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Proficiency in phone etiquette and effective communication skills. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests. Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
