We’re looking for a Front Desk Agent with open availability to work with our customers and provide them with excellent service. You will handle all phone calls to our front desk and in-person visits. You should have excellent customer service skills and enjoy when people come to see you. You will be the first person our customers meet and so should be friendly and welcoming. A Front Desk Assistant is highly organized and able to efficiently handle many things at once, including doling out directions, checking in guests and helping with any issues that arise. Since we will have large numbers of people coming through the front desk all at once, you must be very responsible, organized and efficient. Ultimately, your goal is to make our customers feel welcome and at home.

Responsibilities:

Greet, welcome and assist clients and prospective clients to efficiently meet their needs. Provide a high-quality experience for clients by answering questions, providing direction to the company’s products or services, recommending appropriate alternatives and ensuring the client understands their account status. Provide accurate information about pricing, account balances and statement information. Answer incoming calls in a professional manner and direct calls to appropriate departments. Gather basic client information to reach them in the future. Keep privacy compliant by maintaining confidentiality of information (e.g. account details, transaction activity etc.). Tell customers about new products/services/promotions offered by the company and explain how it relates to their needs. Deliver excellent customer service by taking ownership of issues before referring them. Set up meetings with clients, such as appointments or follow-up calls. Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering principles (or equivalent) by following KYC policies and regulations (Know Your Client). Perform other duties as assigned by management (.
