FULL TIME

positions. MUST be able to work 7AM-3PM or 3PM to 11PM. Weekends are required. Maintains a through knowledge of all Front Desk computer systems and other related equipment. Maintains a through knowledge of emergency, safety and security procedure. Assists guest upon arrival to the hotel in a friendly and efficient manner. Handles registration procedures quickly and accurately. Maintains a positive and respectful attitude throughout the shift to provide a professional guest experience. Handles guest departure procedures swiftly and accurately while always inquiring in a friendly manner as to the quality of their stay. Processes all incoming and outgoing reservations and cancellation request in a timely manner. Operates the telephone lines in handling incoming calls, outgoing calls, wake-up calls, messages, etc. Handle departmental accounting of monies, receipts, guest accounts and other forms of credit/ payments. Verifies supply levels and informs supervisor of supplies needed for the smooth operation of the department.
