The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. The Front Desk Agent will handle guest inquiries, manage reservations, and assist with various administrative tasks to enhance the overall guest experience. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software. Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns in a timely manner. Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when responding to calls and inquiries. Assist in promoting hotel services and upselling rooms or packages when appropriate. Requirements Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
