Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently while ensuring accuracy in guest information. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively. Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages as needed. Process reservations and cancellations through the hotel management system. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Qualifications Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills are essential. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required by hotel operations.
