The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with necessary information about the resort and its amenities. Manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts and reservations. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and local attractions to assist guests effectively. Process payments and manage cash handling procedures accurately. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced at the end of each day. Assist in managing reservations through phone calls or online platforms while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience and satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations. Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
