The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate guest records. Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing information about hotel services and local attractions. Process reservations and cancellations while maintaining an organized front desk area. Assist with billing inquiries and ensure all charges are accurately processed. Conduct night audits as required, balancing daily transactions and preparing reports for management. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information. Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred. Strong background in customer service with excellent phone etiquette. Familiarity with hospitality management systems is a plus. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to our diverse clientele. Demonstrated skills in guest relations, ensuring all interactions are courteous and professional.
