Housekeeping/Front Desk Clerks Hampton Inn Jasper, Alabama 100 Industrial Parkway, Jasper, AL 35501 The Hampton Inn Jasper, AL is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individuals to join our team . As a Housekeeper , you will ensure that all guest rooms are cleaned after guest departures and ready for the next arriving guest. sweep and mop floors, wipe down walls empty and clean trash containers dust and polish furniture and fittings Wipe down and clean fridge dispose of trash in a sanitary manner clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers wipe down glass surfaces make up beds and change linens required tidy up rooms monitor and report necessary domestic repairs and replacements The Housekeeping position requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving 25-30 pounds. You will also lift or move up to 50 pounds occasionally. You must be able to stand and walk for an entire shift and perform repetitive motions. As a Front Desk Agent you should have a relatable personality and a great desire to work with people. You are responsible for communicating in a welcoming and efficient manner, while ensuring that guests’ needs are properly addressed. A Day in the

Life:

Front Desk Agent will anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests in a timely manner. You will maintain positive guest relations at all times. You will resolve guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction. You will maintain a complete knowledge of: hotel features/services, hours of operations, room rates, special packages and promotions, daily house count and expected arrivals/departures, and scheduled daily group activities. You will process all guest check-ins, and verify registration information with the guest. You will handle overbooked or ‘walked’ guests. You will communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments/personnel You will train with and learn job duties of housekeeping & other departments to assist as needed.
