You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. Responsibilities Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and dining options. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations in the hotel management system. Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are processed accurately. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Utilize phone etiquette to manage incoming calls effectively while providing excellent customer service. Assist in promoting hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experiences. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel management or guest relations is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality management. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Experience with front desk operations or night audit procedures is a plus. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
