The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to assist guests effectively.
  • Operate phone systems to respond to calls promptly and direct them as necessary.
  • Process payments and manage billing inquiries accurately.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in managing reservations through hotel management software.
  • Uphold hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Skills
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective guest communication.
  • Proven experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in a busy environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Knowledge of hospitality management principles is a plus.
