You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our public areas, fostering a welcoming atmosphere, and providing exceptional service to our guests. Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and meeting spaces Replenish amenities in public areas, such as tissues, hand sanitizer, and water dispensers Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a friendly and helpful manner Report any maintenance or safety concerns to a supervisor Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
