We use a multidisciplinary approach to treating those facing mental health challenges and substance use disorders. We want you! We welcome your knowledge, experience, story and expertise! Participate in continuing education activities, remaining knowledgeable in areas related to the focus of the residential program Participate in continuing education activities, remaining knowledgeable in areas related to the focus of the residential program Attend meetings as appropriate and meet regularly with supervisor and peers to exchange pertinent information and to receive supervision Manage crisis and emergency situations involving residents. Obtain emergency medical help as needed Send shift reports documenting all activity at the Lodge to immediate supervisor Interact appropriately with any and all visitors, family members, and care providers of residents Assist with inventory and general maintenance of supplies, facilities and equipment Perform cleaning duties as assigned by supervisor Interact with clients in a confidential, therapeutic, and responsible manner maintaining a high level of ethical conduct Who are we looking for? 1-year experience in human service field required. Personal recovery of at least 2 years may be substituted for work experience. Preference is given to candidates with work experience in substance abuse or mental health areas. What You Will Love!
