We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As a Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills. Previous Holiday Inn experience is a PLUS !

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner upon arrival
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Assist with reservations and room assignments
• Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Perform night audit duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the hotel industry or customer service role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
