Duties and Responsibilities:

Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt and professional manner recognizing IHGRewards ClubMembers and returning guests. Check guests in, Issues room key, provide information on hotel services and room location. Ensure required identification is taken from guests at check in in line with local legislative requirements Answer record and process all guest calls, messages, request, questions or concerns. Record guests address and other information in the Opera PMS system. Check guests out, including resolving any late or disputed charges. Accurately process all cashand creditcard transactions using established procedures. Communicate any outstanding guests requests or issues to management that may require additional monitoring or follow up. Other duties as assigned by supervisor Must have excellent customer service skills, phone etiquette and be able to work a flexible schedule.
