Part-Time Front Desk Associate Do you love helping people, staying organized, and being the friendly face that makes someone’s day better? Bitty Bubbles Swim School is looking for a high-energy, detail-loving Part-Time Front Desk Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, kid-focused environment. Our front desk team is the heartbeat of our swim school: greeting families, answering questions, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. If you’re upbeat, quick on your feet, and love creating positive experiences for kids and parents alike, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

Deliver exceptional in-person service to families and swimmers Manage student check-ins and class rosters with accuracy Support instructors with scheduling, parent communication, and updates Keep our front desk area tidy and welcoming Help with light cleaning to keep our space sparkling Enter notes and updates into our system (training provided but strong retention is a must)

A fast learner with excellent memory and adaptability Friendly, confident communicator with a “can-do” attitude Dependable and detail-oriented, someone we can count on every shift Enthusiastic, positive energy, someone who uplifts the space just by being in it Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Comfortable using computers and open to learning our systems Bonus if you have experience in: customer service, childcare, or admin/front desk roles — but we’ll train the right person with the right mindset!

Tuesday and Thursday:

2:30 PM – 7:30

PM Saturday:

8:00 AM – 1:00
