The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. This role requires strong phone etiquette, sales, data entry skills, community engagement, and proficiency in using various office tools, including Google Suite, along with marketing and social media. Light maintenance will be required, along with helping to keep the therapists and trainers running smoothly and punctual for their appointments. The Front Desk Agent will manage front desk operations efficiently while ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Manage incoming calls using phone systems, providing accurate information about services we provide Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for meetings, therapists and trainers, events, etc. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth facility operations. Qualifications Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar customer service role is preferred. Strong phone etiquette with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and other relevant software applications. Experience with data entry and maintaining organized files. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Light bookkeeping is a plus but not required.
