This position is full-time and requires a pleasant, positive, and upbeat demeanor to provide excellent customer service to our patients. There are two office locations Palm Bay and Sebastian. Would prefer the candidate to be able to commute to both locations. Office hours in Palm Bay M-F 9:00am-6:00pm. Office hours in Sebastian are Tuesday and Thursday 12:00pm-5:00pm.

Responsibilities:

include but not limited to assisting the Chiropractors with various therapeutic modalities, therapeutic exercise, patient movement, answering the phone, greeting patients, check-in, check-out, scheduling patients, preparing medical charts, filing, referral management, collecting payments and following HIPAA rules/regulations.

Qualifications:

Licensed CCPA (preferred) or currently enrolled in CCPA program 1 year experience working in a medical office (required) 1 year experience working in a Chiropractic office (required) proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Calendar (required) High school graduate (required) Bilingual (Spanish speaking) (preferred)
