This is a dynamic, hands-on leadership role focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences, coordinating events, and overseeing the hosting team to the highest standards. Ideal candidate lives in South Florida, for proximity.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for all guests, ensuring a world-class hospitality experience from arrival to departure Oversee and coordinate daily hosting, guest itineraries, events, and special requests Work cross-departmentally with F&B, operations, and interior teams to ensure seamless service Lead a team of hosts and event staff, setting service standards and ensuring consistent excellence Coordinate private events, dinners, weddings, and celebrations with creativity and precision Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve service offerings Manage departmental budgets, staffing, and vendor relations Ensure all guest-facing areas are maintained to 5-star standards at all times

Qualifications:

10+ years of high-end hospitality or UHNW service experience (private estates, luxury resorts, or yachts) Strong background in F&B and guest service protocols Experience leading service staff and coordinating high-level events Professional, polished, and discreet with excellent communication skills Able to thrive in a remote setting and flexible with long hours, weekends, and holidays
