As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued as they enhance our guest relations. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere. Check guests in and out efficiently while ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively. Process payments and manage billing procedures accurately. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Assist with reservations and provide information about room availability and rates. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred but not required. Strong background in guest services within the hospitality industry is advantageous. Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to enhance communication with diverse guests. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests quickly. Proficiency in using hotel management software or similar systems is a plus.
