Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during the night shift.

Duties:

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
• Assist with reservations and room assignments
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
• Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
• Ensure the safety and security of guests by monitoring surveillance systems and following established procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area

Skills:

• Choice Advantage experience is a plus.
• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
• Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
• Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures
• Familiarity with night audit processes is an advantage
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
