Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk/Guest Service Agent with open availability to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, have excellent communication skills, and are passionate about guest satisfaction, we want to hear from you. This position may also require driving the hotel shuttle van on occasion. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable driving a work van.
Pay Scale:
We value experience and offer competitive pay based on qualifications: No hotel experience: $15 per hour 1 year of hotel experience: $16 per hour 2 years of Hilton & OnQ-specific hotel experience or similarly branded full-service experience: $17 per hour

Duties:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner. Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly. Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions. Assist with night audit duties as needed. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Experience:
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Hilton OnQ experience is highly preferred. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills. Multilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with hotel management software systems. Knowledge of front desk operations and guest services.
