The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Answer phone calls promptly, providing information about the hotel services and handling reservations. Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and events to assist guests effectively. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction. Perform night audit duties as required, balancing accounts and preparing reports. Utilize phone systems and hotel management software to manage reservations and guest information. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Requirements Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential. Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on guest relations. A passion for hospitality and commitment to providing outstanding service.
