Full Job Description Front Desk Duties:

Greet and check in guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Answer phone calls and handle reservations and guest inquiries. Assist guests with check-out procedures and process payments. Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities. Address and resolve guest issues or complaints with professionalism and courtesy.

Night Auditor Duties:

Perform end-of-day accounting procedures, including balancing accounts and generating reports. Review and verify guest folios and resolve discrepancies. Ensure the security and safety of the property during the night shift. Monitor and manage the front desk operations and guest service during overnight hours. Maintain accurate records of nightly transactions and audits.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a hotel front desk or similar customer service role preferred. Basic knowledge of accounting and financial procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor. Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
