Key Responsibilities:
Ensure guest rooms and common areas are spotless, comfortable, and inviting Provide exceptional guest service with a friendly and helpful attitude Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all areas of the hotel Pay attention to every detail Aim for “spotless” Deep clean Stock all disposables fully coming day Resolve all maintenance issues and guest requests which arise overnight Perform full guest room cleaning for late checkouts Assist front desk agent with tasks as needed Dispose of garbage and clean all receptacles Clean public bathrooms Assist other departments with preparations for upcoming events Keep exterior clean Perform property walks Monitor the security of the property Uphold emergency procedures Ensure the safety and security of guests and property
Skills:
Experience in janitorial services and guest relations Experience in facility maintenance Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to handle security tasks with professionalism Customer service and a friendly attitude Provide genuine hospitality
Qualifications:
Previous janitorial or housekeeping experience is preferred, but not required; we provide comprehensive training Knowledge of basic maintenance tasks Strong stamina to lift and do repetitive physical labor Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
