Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance their experience. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using hotel management software. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to guests. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations. Assist in managing reservations and room assignments as needed. Uphold high standards of customer service throughout all interactions. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality or customer service roles, preferably in a hotel setting. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and guest relations.
