Front Desk Agent Kool and Kute Miami, FL 33131 We’re on the lookout for two friendly, responsible, and bilingual (Spanish/English) Front Desk Agents who genuinely love animals and thrive in a fun, fast-paced pet grooming environment. One position is available at our Brickell location and another at our Doral location.
What You’ll Do:
Greet customers and their furry companions with warmth and professionalism Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage front desk operations Assist with general store tasks as needed (light cleaning, restocking, etc.) Support our groomers and staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Must-Haves:
Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) Excellent communication and customer service skills Passion for animals – must be comfortable around pets of all sizes Reliable, organized, and a team player with a great attitude Willingness to pitch in wherever needed – we’re a team!
Bonus Points:
