Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Front Desk Representative to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience from the moment they enter our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions Manage phone calls, route calls appropriately, and take messages as needed Maintain accurate guest records and update information in the hotel management system Assist in processing reservations and coordinating room assignments

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in hospitality are a plus Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software is preferred A friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction
