Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
• Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively
• Assist guests with inquiries about hotel amenities and services
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
• Familiarity with front desk operations and hospitality
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in using phone systems and providing exceptional phone etiquette
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
