Guest Experience Agent The Savoy Hotel and Beach Club 425 Ocean Drive, Miami Beach, FL 33139 Guest Service Agent The Savoy Hotel | Miami Beach, FL The Guest Service Agent is responsible for delivering efficient and professional guest service at all times. This role includes managing all front office procedures such as check-ins, check-outs, guest inquiries, concierge assistance, and internal coordination with departments. Agents are expected to uphold brand standards, maintain accuracy in all transactions, and ensure a seamless experience for every guest.

What You’ll Do:
Essential Responsibilities:

Greet all guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a smooth arrival experience Execute check-in/check-out procedures using the PMS Process payments, post charges accurately, and reconcile daily reports Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in person, by phone, or via email with urgency and professionalism Maintain complete knowledge of room types, layouts, rates, hotel amenities, and local area offerings Coordinate special requests, including early arrivals, late check-outs, VIP setups, and amenity deliveries Perform concierge tasks as needed, including dining reservations, transportation arrangements, and activity recommendations Communicate guest preferences, issues, and special needs across departments using internal tools and logs Monitor lobby activity, maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front desk area Maintain accurate shift reports, cash handling procedures, and secure key inventory Assist with bell services and luggage handling during high-volume periods when necessary Support other front office roles (Reservations, Concierge, Bell) as assigned What We’re Looking For Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment Familiarity with property management systems preferred Working knowledge of local restaurants, nightlife, and cultural attractions Available to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings Professional appearance and demeanor required Someone who thrives in motion, adapts quickly, and knows when to lead vs. support Passionate about hospitality, service, and the art of the guest experience

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods Lift and carry up to 25 lbs occasionally Perform tasks that require frequent walking, bending, and use of hands
