• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Operate phone systems to answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
• Perform front desk duties as required
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Skills
• Experience in hospitality or related field
• Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service principles
