The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere at our hotel or resort. Duties Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information regarding hotel services and amenities. Manage the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using phone systems and hotel management software. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and activities to enhance the guest experience. Assist with billing inquiries and process payments accurately. Uphold the highest standards of customer service in line with hospitality management practices. Qualifications Previous experience in guest services or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds. Proficiency in phone systems and hospitality management software is an advantage. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve our international clientele. A friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills is essential for building rapport with guests. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A background in hospitality management is a plus but not required.
