Whether you’re assisting at the front desk, maintaining guest rooms, or supporting other hotel functions, you’ll be an essential part of our operations as a Team Member.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Assistance:

Greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and answer questions in a friendly and professional manner.

Room & Area Maintenance:

Ensure that guest rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained.

Guest Service:

Handle guest requests and resolve any issues to ensure a great stay.

Team Collaboration:

Work alongside other team members to ensure smooth hotel operations.

General Support:

Perform various tasks across departments such as front desk, housekeeping, and guest services.

Physical Stamina:

Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical tasks.

Experience:

Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but we provide training for all new hires.
