Front Desk Agent L’Habitation Guesthouse 408 Eaton Street, Key West, FL 33040 Quaint guesthouse in Key West seeking a qualified Front Desk Agent for our team.

Responsibilities:

Check-ins and guest registration Process reservations over the phone and online Respond to emails, messages and requests Collect payment for reservations Walkthrough of rooms to ensure quality and cleanliness Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments Breakdown of breakfast station Keeping common areas clean & tidy Maintain inventory and place supply orders ​

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields Computer literacy (email, Word, Excel, OneDrive) Ability to build rapport with guests Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Desire to create a pleasant and memorable experience for customers Must be available Saturdays and Sundays.
