What You’ll Do:
Welcome and assist guests checking in and out of luxury vacation homes Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and urgency Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction Update reservation systems and maintain accurate records Deliver exceptional service with a Destin smile
What We’re Looking For:
Previous hospitality, hotel, or front desk experience preferred Excellent communication and multitasking skills Comfortable using computers and reservation systems A polished, professional appearance and attitude Must be available to work weekends (Sat-Tues schedule)
