As a Front/Concierge Desk Agent, you will be instrumental in creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing personalized service and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will be the go-to resource for information, recommendations, and ensuring that all guest needs are met with the highest standards of hospitality.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with guests to anticipate their needs and exceed expectations.
  • Provide guests with detailed information about the resort’s amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local events, attractions, restaurants, and cultural offerings.
  • Manage special requests for VIP guests, ensuring that all needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain accurate guest records, preferences, and service requests in the resort’s database.
  • Assist in handling guest feedback and follow-up on any issues to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the guest services team to ensure smooth operation of the concierge desk.
  • Stay informed about the resort’s policies, procedures, and any updates to services or offerings.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a concierge or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of guests.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle high volumes of requests efficiently.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
