The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. The Front Desk Agent will play a crucial role in guest relations and contribute to the overall success of our establishment. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently using phone systems and hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Ensure accurate billing and assist with any discrepancies during the night audit process. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to enhance the guest experience. Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and enhance their stay. Assist in training new staff members on front desk procedures and customer service standards. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred. Strong phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with guests over the phone. Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this will enhance guest relations. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest information.
