This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and highly organized. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor. Assist visitors, answer inquires, and provide information about services, programs, and events. Handle member concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction. Build positive relationships with members and guests by providing a personalized experience.
Front Desk & Administrative Support:
Manage check-ins, memberships, and registrations efficiently. Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with scheduling appointments. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area. Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures, monitoring visitor access when necessary.
Facility Coordination & Support:
Assist in coordinating events, programs, and special activities. Provide support to other departments to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Monitor lobby traffic and always ensure a welcoming environment. Assist with member engagement to enhance retention and satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and front desk management software. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
