The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service. As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. You’ll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location Responsibilities Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner while also acknowledging the guest’s reward status or signing up new members. Start every stay right by swiftly checking guests in and out – take IDs, verifying it matches with the payment method used, hand out room keys, and control and take payments. Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries or directing calls as necessary. Manage reservation scheduling and maintain accurate records using office reservation software. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry. Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Support administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations of the front desk area. Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall service delivery. Qualifications Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in office software applications; familiarity with reservation systems is a plus. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong clerical skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in various situations. A positive attitude and professional demeanor are essential for creating an inviting atmosphere for clients and visitors.
