Shifts You Must Be Available For:
AM Shift:
7:00 AM•2:30
PM PM Shift:
3:30 PM•11:00
PM Night Audit Shift:
11:00 PM•7:00 AM ( Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday )
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and handle check-ins/check-outs Answer phone calls and provide accurate information about the hotel and local area Process reservations and payments accurately Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism Monitor guest activity and ensure safety and comfort at all hours Perform night audit tasks (during overnight shifts)
Qualifications:
Must be fluent in English (spoken and written) Prior front desk or customer service experience preferred Must be friendly, high-energy, and professional Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working various shifts Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Available to work weekends and holidays as needed Why Join Us?
