Guest Experience Associate The Roth Hotel 7963 Bayshore Drive, Treasure Island, FL 33706 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all visitors, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a passion for hospitality, making every guest’s experience memorable. Duties Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with necessary information regarding the facility and services offered. Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth transition during their stay. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively, maintaining high customer service standards. Manage cash handling procedures accurately during transactions, including processing payments and issuing receipts. Coordinate events management activities, assisting with planning and execution of special events as needed. Maintain knowledge of resort amenities, local attractions, and activities to provide recommendations to guests. Ensure the safety of all guests by adhering to safety protocols Is comptent at problem solving, and can think outside the box to solve issues or conflict Experience Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest interactions professionally. Experience in cash handling and basic financial transactions is required. Lifeguard certification is advantageous for roles involving pool supervision or water-relatedeivities.
