We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Guest Service Agent plays a vital role in ensuring a memorable and enjoyable stay. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
  • Provide exceptional guest service, including check-in, check-out, and answering guest inquiries.
  • Ensuring all guest requests are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Utilize phone systems to respond to guest calls and messages, as well as handle internal communications.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of resort policies, amenities, and services to ensure guests have a comprehensive experience.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve any guest issues or concerns.
  • Balancing the front desk and preparing reports.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to safety and security protocols.
  • Engage with guests to understand their preferences and tailor their stay to their needs.
  • Offer recommendations for local attractions and activities, showcasing the guest’s potential experiences.
  • Possess a strong knowledge of the local area, including restaurants, transportation, and shopping options.
  • Communicate effectively in multiple languages, as needed, to ensure seamless guest service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance guest service skills.
